Activate License

After purchasing RunLogos, you receive a License Key by email. Enter it in the app to unlock the full Spec Chain workflow.

Where to find your key

Check your inbox for an email from noreply@runlogos.cn with the subject "Your RunLogos License". The email contains your License Key in the format:

RUNL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact support.

Activate in the app

  1. Open RunLogos
  2. Click the Activate button in the top-right corner (or go to Settings → License)
  3. Paste your License Key
  4. Click Activate

If activation succeeds, the app displays:

✓ Activated — valid until YYYY-MM-DD

Device limits

One license covers 2 devices simultaneously. If you need to activate on a third device, you must first deactivate one of the existing devices from Settings → License → Manage Devices.

Trial users

If you purchased the 3-month Trial ($9), your license is valid for 90 days from the purchase date. You can upgrade to the perpetual license at any time by paying the difference:

  • Early Bird available → pay $20 more → Early Bird perpetual
  • Early Bird sold out → pay $40 more → Standard perpetual

Go to Settings → License → Upgrade to see your current options.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid license key" — Check for extra spaces when pasting. The key is case-sensitive.

"License already in use" — The key is active on another device. Deactivate it there first, or contact support if you've lost access to the other device.
